His nick-name is 'Duckman'. Ya, with a handle like Mark van der Kwaak, it's not difficult to see where that came from. Unusual name aside... this guy is a details freak!
.
This is Mark, and these bikes are his babies. Take a close look at these hard tail choppers and bobbers below.
.
When I first saw these scoots, I like many others thought they were the real deal. Not so fast grasshopper, They're all CAD's. That's right, these bikes only live in a computer. Damn!
.
.
Mark is a designer/artist/Motorcycle enthusiast and works exclusively with 3D computer assisted design software or CAD from Pro/Engineer. And believe me... you've seen his work on a lot of award winning bikes and in major magazines.
.
.
Yup... Mark's headlight (and the tail & turn signals) he designed for Crime Scene Choppers.
.
.Here's the oil tank he designed for L.A. County Choprods. But there's more.
.
.
Check his cad version of a H-D Knuckle.
.
.
Mark took apart a real Knuck and measured, replicated and input every single part and piece into his computer. F&%k.
.
Check this CAD springer.
This bike is called the Aads bike, I guess that's the name of the guy who's building it. You can follow this bike from design stage right through to completion.
Now this is the real deal!
Sweet! Then I eyed this beaut!
There's just something about the rake, the symmetry... I don't know, but for me it's perfection!
That is a bitchn' design. I mean, this bike has to get built. Period!
