Waterboarding

If you're not a military operative, a CIA agent or a KGB agent (former or current) and If you've never seen waterboarding in action... this is crazy $hit! Mike Guy prepared this video (and subsequent article) for Playboy.com.

He details exactly what happens when a person undergoes waterboarding. His reaction and description of what happened to him, during the event, is unscripted, immediate and real.

This interrogation technique was used by the Bush administration on al Qaeda chief Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Abu Zubaydah.

Guy underwent, what some call torture, by a trained member of the U.S. military for PB's new Lab Rat feature.

Have a look.

That's F#cked up!

Murder City Maidens

The Murder City Maidens Roller Derby team, took part in their maiden match 02/27/2010.

The team has been in the works for close to 2 years (practicing and recruiting skaters) and 'First Blood' marked the return of roller derby to the River City after a 30 year absence.

The ladies played host to the 'Babes of Thunder' from Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada.

The match sold out a few weeks in advance.

Check it... close to 3000 people packed the stands to check out the rock em' sock em' action. I know, that's wicked!

The action was fast paced. The track announcers were great in explaining the game and calling the match. The cheerleaders ruled... and the game was awesome.

Did I mention it was a real rough one. The elbows, knees and forearms were flyin' all over the track. I'm sure the ladies were black & blue for a couple of days after the event.

Lovin' it!

(midway score)

The match made headlines in the local papers as well. And earlier in the year, the ladies were promoting the WRD league at a car show called the Roadkill Rod-Up Car Show (lamunique127 took the snaps).

Let's just say... the 'Babes' needed that wheelchair after the game.

And these babes were with the 'Rookie' team, who took to the floor after the main event.

I brought my daughter to the match and because we got our hands on some press passes, the Maidens signed autographs for her.

Ya, a great time had by all... and by the way we won!

The next game for the Maidens 04/10/2010, is a road trip. Hopefully they post pics for an update.

Rock & Roll Wrestling

Yep... I'm like you, I said... Rock & Roll Wrestling, WTF is that?

The Rock & Roll Wrestling Bash myspace page, describes it as quote:

"This rock n' roll musical is a symbiosis of Mexican wrestling, trash and hard boiled Rock n’ Roll sound.

The Trash Wrestling League G.T.W.A. (Galactic Trash Wrestling Alliance) in cooperation with The Wrestling Bash Orchestra, create a show which you have never seen before.

While the Wrestling Bash Orchestra are showing off their incredible musical power on stage, a wild bunch of Trash Wrestling characters, (dressed in their wicked wrestling garb) go berserk in the ring in front of the stage."

Sounds wicked! This photo doc is courtesy Dirk Behlau from Pixeleye. Check his flickr page for more great snaps. It's crazy $hit.

Even the ladies get involved. I also found this disclaimer at the bottom of the site which I thought you'd enjoy.

But: if you visit The Rock n Roll Wrestling Bash®, you do it on your own risk! The Rock n Roll Wrestling Bash® will not assume any liability for damage to property, physical injury or mental injuries!

Mental injuries!?!?!

I'll say this about R&R-W, if I do happen to go to an event, and this dude appears with a chainsaw... I'm frickin' runnin' for the nearest exit!

Lost - No Not The TV Series, My Tooth

I wish I could start this post by saying.. Dude, I got into a fight at hockey and this is what happened.

It's the face that launched a thousand, uh, er.. hockey careers?!?! Yep, that's the NHL's Philadelphia Flyer's tough guy Bobby Clarke. Not me.

This is me. I lost a chiclet.

Did I loose my tooth boxing or MMA fighting? Nope.

While skate boarding... uh, no.

Ooh, that looks nasty. I certainly wasn't involved in a mountain bike cross country race accident.

Nice!

Ya... and I don't figure skate so that's definitely outta the question.

I don't own a treadmill either. Man, that's gotta hurt!

OK, OK... you know where this is going!

Here's the culprit. A stupid, frickin', little, yellow Christmas candy. One bite and my tooth broke off at the base.

It's a cap... meaning, big buck$ to fix. The worst part, I'll need a root canal procedure before my Dentist can repair the tooth.

I'll definitely need laughing gas (during the job) and my Dentist... he'll be laughing all the way to the bank!

Ol' Time Hockey

David Singer of hockeyfights.com has put together a wicked list of what he calls the 'Top Ten (hockey) Fights of the Decade'.

This is a great pic of Aaron Downey and Jim Vandermeer goin' toe to toe in 2005.

I may be a big time Boston Bruins fan, but no matter which NHL team you cheer for and no matter how many hockey fights you may have seen, many say Stan Johnathan is pound for pound the toughest, if not the baddest Motha Fuc_er on skates. Period.

Never heard of him, watch this piece of tape.

Many fight fans say this bout between Stan & Pierre Bouchard (Montreal Canadians) is one of the best (for Stan). Enjoy.

I've got an Arrow in my hand, and I don't know what to do with it!

Another email from my buddy, Walleye Rob. I'm not sure how old this is, or if it's been around before... but I couldn't resist posting it.

The email read.

FYI: Don't let your arrow fall off its rest.

And if it does... definitely don't release it, or pull the trigger.

I mean... fu&k, that's gotta hurt!
