Balls of Steel

.
What's the old saying... "two jumps are better than one"? OK, I may be a little off, but Seth Enslow was right on... on the mark that is.
.
.
Enslow set a new world record (not confirmed) for the longest jump on a Harley-Davidson… not once, but twice in one morning.
.

.
Enslow jumped 53.4 metres (175ft) on his XR1200 Sporty, beating the distance set by Bubba Blackwell in 1999.
.
.
Seth began the day with a jump of 53.34m.

.
Here's video of the jump from ITN. During an interview afterwards listen to what Seth says about his hard landing.
.
.
I won't give it away... all I'll say is, he's got balls of steel (see pic above the YouTube video)! And here's an article from ABC News. But Seth wasn't done. Only minutes later he bettered that jump.
.
.
And this may be a first, thanks to some members of the media, (who showed up late and missed his feat) he decided to do another jump. And guess what, he added another 2.6 m (8.7 feet) to his distance, taking the record to 183.7ft (56m).

.
Here's both jumps (which were uploaded to YouTube). You should know, the overall record for a motorbike jump stands at 346ft (107m) by Robbie Maddison. Robbie rode his dirt bike to set that record. Haven't seen it? It's fuc#in' ridiculous! Check it here.
.
.
As for Seth, he was quoted as saying: "This is awesome, I’m stoked".
.

.
Oh and BTW, this is what happens when you don't make the landing. Needless to say... don't try this at home kids.
