I Say Bomber, I Say Bomber Girls Ya, Ya!!

.
Motörhead's latest gig took them to Nottingham Royal Concert Hall 11/16/09.
.
.
So why are there pics of hot roller derby chicks leading this post... allow me to explain.
.

.
It looks as if the Lincolnshire Bomber Girls Roller Derby Team joined the boys on stage for a tune.
.
.
Don't know who they are or why Lemmy and crew would allow this to happen (other than the obvious)?!? Refer to my post The Lincolnshire Bombers for all the answers.

.
You don't see that everyday. I mean, does Slayer, Venom or Anthrax sponsor a sports team... I think not.
.
.
If they do sponsor a team... it had better be a hockey team like the Charlestown Chiefs from the movie Slap Shot, or don't even bother correcting me!

...this might just be the bestest darn blog post that I've ever, everererer seen!...

...last night was awesome...the girls that got on stage were simply blown away to be allowed up there, star struck!...and the few of us who got in to meet Lemmy, Mikkey and Phil were gobsmacked...literally!!...bloody nice blokes, they gave up their time to talk to us about what we do, how they'd like to come see us *imagine!*... Lemmy told us he when he saw the skates ..."I fell off some of them when I was fucking 7 years old"... told us how the elaborate moving Bomber lighting rig tried to take him and Mikkey out in some crazy Spinal Tap style shenanigans years ago...and they nearly came a cropper because of it...all ruddy sorts!...

(I've got 3 silver autographs now on my helmet that I hope NEVER get knocked off!)

If Lemmy and the boys do make it out to a game, ya gotta post some snaps on Flickr or even send me an email and I'll post em' here! Good luck (if the season is still going) and thnx for followin' my blog. PS - I have a jean vest signed by Lemmy that's my pride n' joy. Cheers!
